Sales policy & Delivery terms

Our products are sold according to group: 1, 2, & 3

Group: ① → Small Orders up to 20KG – 4 shotgun blanks with forends or 3 rifle blanks

Small Orders ARE DELIVERED “DOOR TO DOOR”

We ship out the order within 1 business day after recieving the payment.

Delivery care of DHL (in 5 working days) or EMS, (within 7 working days), by buyer’s choice.

With this way we can ship up to 100KG (5parcels) simultaneously.

For example 20kg parcel shipping to USA with EMS costs $250.

Group: ② → Medium Orders

Partial-Loads (up to 500KG): by air-freight, as AIR-CARGO.

Delivery destination point at Your nearest international Air-Cargo Warehouse (within 10 working days after making the product inspection in seller’s warehouse)

Group: ③ → Large Orders

Full-Loads (up to TWENTY TONS): by Road-Truck delivery to all countries in Europe. The Truck delivers to Your address within 30 days after making the product inspection in seller’s warehouse.

We ship also to USA with container.

For Group 1 please read our return policy. We offer a three (3) day unconditional return. Your money promptly returned (less your shipping to return). No other return privilege is extended beyond our guarantee.

Our guarantee: That the wood will be replaced should you find a flaw which creates a mechanical problem with the making of the final stock, at our discretion after our examination of the stock.This is a RAW material and not a manufactured product.
